Shipping:

Exchange/Return Policy:

Bianchi Candle Co is happy to return or exchange any unopened merchandise up to 20 days after the package delivered. Send your return request to orders@bianchicandleco.com and include your proof of purchase (order # or confirmation email). We are not able to cover the cost to ship returns but would be happy to ship your exchange at no extra cost. Refunds cover the cost of the item returned and will not include shipping fees.

Is there a problem with your order? We would be happy to resolve any issues within 20 days of the delivery date. Please send an email to orders@bianchicandleco.com and include images of the defective product as well as any details regarding problems with your order.
